A stylish, beautiful country home...with separate apartment.

Ref:  2801g

Price:  350.000€ (agency fee included).

A stunning property, in a fantastic location.  Beautifully finished throughout.  One you can walk in and start enjoying life in France!  The garden is as immaculate as the house and gives you views of the countryside that can be enjoyed whilst sitting from one of the terraces or the large conservatory with a large glass of red Cahors wine...

Situated in the countryside but only 2 km's from the lovely village of Salviac with it's small commerce, bar and restaurants and 10 km's from the larger town of Gourdon in the LOT.

On arriving at the property, it looks so picturesque, it's little tower, makes this one so typical of the region.  Stone built, and in excellent condition inside and out.

The kitchen is a very good size, 15m² and fully fitted.  Doors lead you out onto the terrace...  so easy to take out your breakfast and start the day in such a good way!

The lounge is somewhere where you just want to kick off your shoes and literally - lounge!  The beautiful old stone fireplace is central to the room and you can imagine very cosy winter evenings by the side of it.

The conservatory is such an added bonus.  This room doubles up as a dining room at the moment (a very nice one!) and you can take in the sights of the countryside without even having to go outside on cooler days.

The bedrooms are a bit on the smaller side but this is usual in these typically old quercy style homes.  However, you can see that they are beautifully finished and just so appealing.

Downstairs, with it's own independent access, is the large apartment.  Bedroom and bathroom with huge living room and kitchen area make this perfect for staying guests.

The cellar is equally so nice to visit...   all beautifully presented.  No cobwebs in this cave - just very shiny bottles of stored wine!

The garden, as I said, is perfect also.  Nice shrubby and interesting areas to it.

My view:  Just beautiful!
