And another super priced property!!! Situated on the outskirts of a hamlet between Souillac and Gourdon is where we find this little property. It is kind of a semi- rural position. There are other properties around but you are certainly not in the middle of a village.

The outside of the property is in good condition. Perhaps a little tatty around the edges, as is the inside in some parts. There is an enclosed little garden to the front where we found the most yappiest little Jack Russell terrier ever! Of course he is not part of the property - but just to warn you in case you come to visit!
Inside, it is all pretty simple. All the living accommodation is on this floor. What struck me most of all was that it is very light and bright. (Always important to me!) Now I have to say there there are some finishing touches to do here. Nothing huge, just little things that would get on your nerves! i.e some bits and pieces of decorating, architrave around the doors etc. A good DIY'er will be at home here. Otherwise, this would be a very nice little place indeed.
The basement is huge. 103m² in total, which includes the area for the boiler room.
To the side and rear is a superb garden. Actually very well planted....
My view: Nice one! A great little place - or will be, for a great price! You normally want to re-decorate anyway so I would not let these little problems detract me from this one!
