This is a charming property...  with that pigeonnier too,  makes this one so typical of the region. 

The exterior is in good condition.  Interior needs a bit of refreshing in my own humble opinion!  Decorated in French fad for orange/yellow/red  in some rooms takes away the character of this place!  How can they do that?????!!!!  Otherwise this is a very nice place and it would not take much to get it neutralised!

The kitchen was my favourite room.  Large and farmhouse like.  

The lounge (the orange/yellow/red room!) is in good order with a wood burner to one end.

The dining room is a nice room too...

There are two bedrooms and one currently used as an office (look how nicely the curtains go with the wallpaper!).  What I quite liked about this was that one of those bedrooms is in the pigeonnier downstairs...  plumbing in place for a shower room also - but no sanitary ware as yet!  This would be ideal for a teenager, or for you to keep away from the kids - or for you to keep the in-laws away!

There is a shower room on the first floor.

There is a huge garage under the house.  Room also for lots of storage including a monster boiler for the central heating which looks almost new.  

There is a small, quiet road to the front which leads to the village (no real through traffic) and views which are rather nice!

The garden is behind.  A nice little place actually with your own well!  

My view:  Character, charming....  and a short walk to the village!
